YES!

You need to let us know upon booking in which one of our two shops you want to pick up your bike. Changes can only be made up to 24hrs prior to pick up.

Can I pick up my bike the night before?

In July and August you can pick up your bike the night before between 18:30 and 19:00 hrs at no extra cost.

September to June – you are welcome to come past in the evening before your rental starts between 18:30 and 19:00 hrs. If your bike is prepped and ready to go, you are welcome to take it at no extra cost. However in high season we CANNOT guarantee that this will be the case. If you want to pick up your bike earlier than 18:30, please book an extra day.

What do I need to bring when I collect my bike?

Full payment is due upon collection, either by card or cash.
IMPORTANT – you need to bring a physical Visa or Mastercard to collect your bike.

The 16 digit card number is needed to complete the rental agreement.

If you don`t have a Visa or Mastercard, you can leave your Identity card or drivers license with us until you return your bike (no copies, original documents only)

Do I get a discount if I rent for more than one day?

You do! The longer you rent your bike, the cheaper it gets.

We offer prices for 1, 2 and 3 day rentals, after that you pay the extra day rate.
Should you wish to rent for non-consecutive days, a 10€ administration fee is added to the multipe-day-rate for each time you pick up the bike again after your first day of rental.

Is there a discount for non - consecutive days?

Yes there is!

However, should you wish to rent for non-consecutive days, a 10€ servicing / cleaning fee is added to the multiple-day-rate for each time you pick up the bike again after your first day of rental.

Can I swap between different bikes?

You can if the bike is available and you let us know 24 hrs before hand.

A 10€ administration fee per swap is charged, plus possible extra fees for upgrading your ride.

Where do the tours start?

All our tours start (unless otherwise stated) at our shop in Port Soller.

Some tours include a transfer to the starting point of the tour, on these tours we are happy to pick you up at the Repsol petrol station on the main street MA-10 in Soller.

What is the best time for hiking?

Hiking is great almost all year round.

The best time for hiking is in spring and autumn, even winter is great as the days are often sunny.

July & August are very hot, and we don`t conduct any hiking tours then, except for the Torrent de Pareis and the Cala Deia walk, both with a very early start to avoid the mid-day heat.

What do I need for a hiking tour?

You should wear good hiking shoes or boots with good non-slip soles.

(Only our easy tours you might manage in trainers, however a good sole is still necessary, Mallorcas trails are rocky and can be slippery)

You need to bring at least 1,5 litres of water per person, snacks and a picnic lunch (see descritpion of each hike), suncream, hat, sunglasses and dress according to the weather.

If the tour ends at a beach you may want to bring your swim suit and a towel.

Do I need hiking poles?

The terrain in Mallorca is rocky!

On most of our medium to difficult tours, the use of a pole is recommended.

Even on our easy tours we come across a few rocky sections.

If you have hiking poles and are used to using them, bring them along.

If you have knee problems, are unsure or would like to try them, let us know upon booking your tour, poles are included free of charge.

What if the weather is bad?

Should we have to cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions we will contact you via telepone.

Please make sure you supply us with your mobile phone number and have your phone switched on in the morning.

What language are the tours conducted in?

All our guides live locally and are fluent in Spanish and English.

We have a German speaking guide, subject to availability.

What is the minimum age for coasteering and canyoning?

The minimum age for coasteering is 10 years, for canyoning you have to be at least 12 years old.

For both activities you need to be a good swimmer and to feel confident in the water.
