All our tours start (unless otherwise stated) at our shop in Port Soller.
Some tours include a transfer to the starting point of the tour, on these tours we are happy to pick you up at the Repsol petrol station on the main street MA-10 in Soller.
Hiking is great almost all year round.
The best time for hiking is in spring and autumn, even winter is great as the days are often sunny.
July & August are very hot, and we don`t conduct any hiking tours then, except for the Torrent de Pareis, Cala Deia and Sa Comuna de Bunyola. All three hiking tours have a very early start this time of year to avoid the mid-day heat.
You should wear good hiking shoes or boots with good non-slip soles.
(Only our easy tours you might manage in trainers, however a good sole is still necessary, Mallorcas trails are rocky and can be slippery)
You need to bring at least 1,5 litres of water per person, snacks and a picnic lunch (see descritpion of each hike), suncream, hat, sunglasses and dress according to the weather.
If the tour ends at a beach you may want to bring your swim suit and a towel.
Our busiest season for hiking is in spring and autumn.
We recommend you get in touch with us once you have booked your flights. Once you know the exact dates that you are available to hike with us.
The terrain in Mallorca is rocky!
On most of our medium to difficult tours, the use of a pole is recommended.
Even on our easy tours we come across a few rocky sections.
If you have hiking poles and are used to using them, bring them along.
If you have knee problems, are unsure or would like to try them, let us know upon booking your tour, poles are included free of charge.
Should we have to cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions we will contact you via telepone.
Please make sure you supply us with your mobile phone number and have your phone switched on in the morning.
All our guides live locally and are fluent in Spanish and English.
We have a German speaking guide, subject to availability.
The minimum age for coasteering is 10 years, for canyoning you have to be at least 12 years old.
For both activities you need to be a good swimmer and to feel confident in the water.
