BIKE RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please be aware of the following cancellation and booking amendment terms:

1–5 days before the bike hire start date: 75% of the total hire value will be charged.

0–1 day before the start date and no-shows: 100% of the total hire value will be charged.

Once a booking enters the 1–5 day period prior to the start date, the rental dates are fixed and cannot be reduced, changed or amended.

No exceptions or refunds will be made outside of the terms stated above.

EARLY RETURN: If a bicycle is returned before the end of the booked rental period, no refund will be given for the unused rental days.

BIKE SWAPS: A €10 preparation fee applies for each bike swap, plus any additional cost for an upgraded bike.

HIKING TOURS, PRIVATE TOURS & ALL OTHER TOURS TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time: 0% charge
Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time: 50% charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or no-shows: 100% charge
