BIKE RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bike bookings are subject to the subsequent cancellation terms:

Days prior to bike hire start date	Cancellation Fee
until 6 days	no cancellation fee
1 – 5 days	75% of the value of the hire
0 – 1 days and no shows	100% of the value of the hire

Exceptions to these terms and curtailments cannot be made for any reason

BIKE SWAPS are charged at 10€ per bike for the preparation plus the cost of any upgrade.

HIKING TOURS, PRIVATE TOURS & ALL OTHER TOURS TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time: 0% charge
Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled start time: 50% charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or no-shows: 100% charge
