What's included

This excursion is a perfect introduction for those who are new to hiking in the valley and wish to learn some of its history and explore the surrounding landscape.
Starting from our shop in Port Soller we join an ancient cobbled path inland, taking us up the mountain, winding through private olive groves and affording grandstand views of the harbour below.
We arrive at Finca Son Mico where we stop for refreshments. A cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea is included in the tour price. Delicious homemade cakes and quiches are also on offer.
After 20 minute break we continue on the trail which traverses the mountain and passes through a forest of holm oaks and pines. We catch glimpses of the dramatic coastline below and the beautiful village of Llucalcari.
The path eventually descends to the cove of Cala Deia, which is a lovely swimming spot, so don’t forget your swim wear. There is a great beach cafe providing cold refreshments. We allow 30min. at the beach to enjoy a drink or a swim before the return to Soller/Port Soller by private vehicle.
For private groups only, we can organise a table at one of the two restaurants in Cala Deia for you.
